-Have you gained insight in therapy, but still feel like something's missing when it comes to lasting change?
-Do you find yourself stuck in the same patterns despite all the work you've put in?
-Are you frustrated by how hard it is to move past old wounds and create real progress?
This was me! Frustrated by my own therapy experiences—gaining insight but not real change—I was determined to find a different way.
As an LCSW-certified therapist trained in EMDR, IFS, EFT, and guided visualizations, I go beyond awareness to create real transformation. I help individuals, couples, and groups break through stagnation, heal past traumas, and develop personalized strategies for lasting change. Clients often arrive feeling stuck and discouraged, yet leave empowered, lighter, and with tangible progress.
I am the creator of the BRAAVE technique, a transformative approach that combines EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other powerful healing modalities. BRAAVE uses a dynamic acronym to guide clients through meditation and visualization, unlocking and processing even the most challenging emotions in a deeply creative, breakthrough-driven way. This method not only helps you understand your emotions but empowers you to release them, creating lasting change and real transformation.
I am also the host of Embracefull, a podcast focusing on meditations for postpartum.
