Micro-Dose Ketamine Therapy & EMDR
What is EMDR?
EMDR is a proven therapeutic approach that helps you process past trauma, anxiety, and stress, facilitating deep emotional healing. By using bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps rewire the brain, allowing you to shift negative patterns, release emotional blockages, and achieve a greater sense of peace and clarity. Many clients experience profound transformation, feeling lighter, more empowered, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges. Watch this short video for more information!
What is Ketamine- Assisted Psychotherapy?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a therapeutic approach that combines the use of ketamine with psychotherapy to support deep emotional processing and healing. Ketamine can help quiet the mind, access subconscious material, and create new perspectives, making it a powerful tool for working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and stuck patterns. In a KAP session, you are guided through your experience in a safe, supportive setting, followed by integration to help process insights and apply them to daily life.
What is micro-dosing Ketamine?
Ketamine microdosing involves taking very small, subperceptual doses of ketamine to promote emotional well-being, reduce anxiety, and enhance mood. This practice, often referred to as "psycholytic" therapy, aims to improve focus and creativity, while offering therapeutic benefits without the intense, hallucinogenic effects of higher doses.

Ketamine Microdosing Program
1) Medical Evaluation with Journey Clinical
Before beginning your Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with microdosing, you’ll meet with a licensed medical provider at Journey Clinical. They will conduct a full medical assessment, determine your eligibility, and create a personalized treatment plan. If approved, they will prescribe your micro-dose ketamine.2) Intake & Readiness Assessment (2–4 sessions)
Before we begin any ketamine sessions, we’ll meet for 2 to 4 therapy sessions. These sessions allow us to:Assess your psychological readiness and eligibility for microdosing
Clarify your goals
Begin building a strong therapeutic foundation
Introduce basic tools to support you through the process
These sessions are essential to ensure this approach is a good fit and that you’re well-supported as we begin this work.
3) Microdose Ketamine Sessions (6 sessions, 90 minutes each)
Across six sessions, you’ll engage in EMDR therapy while taking a micro-dose of ketamine. This combination helps unlock emotional material, deepen trauma processing, and support meaningful breakthroughs. Each session is 90 minutes and focuses on real-time therapeutic work—there are no separate integration sessions, as the healing is designed to happen within the sessions themselves. -

I offer three pathways, each designed to meet different needs depending on where you are in your healing journey:
1. Full-Dose Ketamine + Integration (6-8 sessions)
If you're looking for deep transformation, this program uses full-dose ketamine to access expanded states of consciousness. Integration sessions offer space to process insights and emotional breakthroughs, and we can include EMDR when it feels supportive.2. Hybrid Program: 2 KAP Sessions + 3 EMDR Sessions
This is a great fit if you want both the power of psychedelic insight and the precision of trauma reprocessing. Ketamine sessions create openness and shift emotional patterns, while EMDR helps integrate and resolve specific memories or blocks in a structured way.3. Microdosing + EMDR (8 sessions)
This program is designed for those who prefer steady, ongoing emotional work with the subtle but supportive effects of ketamine microdosing. The combination allows you to stay grounded and engaged while enhancing your capacity to process and release stuck emotional material with EMDR. -
Insurance companies do not cover ketamine dosing sessions. If we have a EMDR session without ketamine, that can be billed to insurance through out of network coverage.

Both virtual and in-person sessions are available, each with its benefits. I do have a slight preference for in-person sessions because we can really concentrate our time together.
