Ketamine- Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
There is growing research in the mental health field on the benefits of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals who feel stuck and are seeking lasting symptom relief. KAP has shown promising results, particularly for those struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health challenges, or for those encountering barriers in their current therapy. Some of the latest studies highlight profound, life-changing outcomes, which inspired me to offer KAP as an option for clients who feel it may support their healing journey.
If you’re interested in learning more about KAP and whether it might be a good fit for you, I encourage you to explore available research—or reach out, and we can discuss it together. Below are some helpful starting points:

1) Medical Evaluation with Journey Clinical
Before beginning KAP, you’ll meet with a licensed medical provider at Journey Clinical for a full medical assessment, eligibility screening, and personalized treatment plan. If approved, they will prescribe your medication.2) Intake & Preparation (2–4 sessions)
We’ll begin with 2 to 4 sessions (based on your needs) to complete a comprehensive intake, determine readiness/appropriateness for KAP, build our therapeutic alliance, and develop tools and intentions to support you throughout the process.3) Ketamine Dosing Sessions
Your ketamine sessions take place in a safe, supportive environment. Each session lasts approximately 3 hours and includes intention setting and guided support throughout.4) Integration Sessions
After each dosing session, we’ll meet to process and integrate your experience into your broader healing journey. -
The full course of dosing sessions (i.e the sessions you take the ketamine) typically ranges from 6 to 8 sessions, depending on the medication dosage per session—if you haven't taken the full dose or booster and have extra remaining, your treatment may extend over more sessions; if you'd like to continue beyond that, we can reach out to Journey Clinical. The 6-8 sessions don’t have to be done consecutively. For example, we may choose to do four consecutive weeks and then schedule refresher sessions to maintain the effects.
While a single ketamine session can provide rapid relief, completing the full 6-8-treatment cycle is recommended for lasting, transformative results. Ketamine works by promoting neuroplasticity, meaning it helps the brain form new, healthier pathways over time. Multiple treatments reinforce these changes, reducing the likelihood of symptoms returning. Additionally, deeper layers of trauma and ingrained patterns often require repeated sessions to be fully processed and integrated. Stopping after one session may provide temporary relief, but completing the full protocol increases the chances of long-term healing and resilience.d

In person is preferable for dosing sessions. We can/will perform our integration sessions online. For the dosing sessions, we can either meet at Ascentiah Healing Center, NY, NY or Grand Street Healing Project, BK, NY .

I offer three pathways, each designed to meet different needs depending on where you are in your healing journey:
1. Full-Dose Ketamine + Integration (6-8 sessions)
If you're looking for deep transformation, this program uses full-dose ketamine to access expanded states of consciousness. Integration sessions offer space to process insights and emotional breakthroughs, and we can include EMDR when it feels supportive.2. Hybrid Program: 2 KAP Sessions + 3 EMDR Sessions
This is a great fit if you want both the power of psychedelic insight and the precision of trauma reprocessing. Ketamine sessions create openness and shift emotional patterns, while EMDR helps integrate and resolve specific memories or blocks in a structured way.3. Microdosing + EMDR (8 sessions)
This program is designed for those who prefer steady, ongoing emotional work with the subtle but supportive effects of ketamine microdosing. The combination allows you to stay grounded and engaged while enhancing your capacity to process and release stuck emotional material with EMDR. -

For Journey Clinical: Please check with Journey Clinical as they are continuously expanding their insurance coverage.
For Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy w/me: I am no longer accepting new clients using insurance. All sessions are now private pay. You may however be eligible for reimbursement for our sessions if you have out-of-network benefits. To determine if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services, here are some questions you can ask your provider:
What is my coverage for out-of-network providers?
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician to see a mental health professional?
Do I need pre-approval from my insurance company before I can see a mental health professional?
What is my yearly maximum benefit (dollar amount or number of visits)?
Is there a deductible?
If you do have out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a Superbill every month that you can submit to your insurance to get reimbursed.

I will be offering payment plans soon!
Ketamine Therapy Programs
I offer four types of Ketamine-Supported Psychotherapy (KAP) Practices. Please find more information below.
Standard
Full-Dose Ketamine + Integration (6-8 sessions): This is the standard, most time-intensive program most backed by research. If you're looking for deep transformation this program uses full-dose ketamine to access expanded states of consciousness. Integration sessions offer space to process insights and emotional breakthroughs, and we can include EMDR when it feels supportive. Each dosing session is 3 hours and then there is a 50 minute integration session a few days later.
EMDR + KAP Program
EMDR + KAP (5 sessions): The program includes three 90-minute EMDR sessions to process trauma, rewire limiting beliefs, and support ketamine preparation and integration. It also offers two 3 hour ketamine dosing sessions in a safe, supportive setting, designed to foster expanded awareness and deep emotional exploration.
Micro-dosing with EMDR
Microdosing + EMDR (8 sessions):
This program is designed for those who prefer steady, ongoing emotional work with the subtle but supportive effects of ketamine microdosing. The combination allows you to stay grounded and engaged while enhancing your capacity to process and release stuck emotional material with EMDR. Each session is 90 minutes.
Group Ketamine
Group ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) offers a powerful opportunity to heal in community, combining the transformative effects of ketamine with the support and connection of a small group setting. This format allows participants to feel less alone in their struggles, witness each other's growth, and build a sense of shared humanity. Group KAP is also more cost-accessible than individual sessions, making this healing modality available to more people while still offering deep therapeutic value and guided integration.
