A prenatal support session is a personalized experience designed to help you feel emotionally grounded and mentally supported throughout your pregnancy and as you prepare for birth. Whether you're navigating fears, stress, shifting identity, or past experiences, we’ll create a plan that honors your unique needs. Using EMDR, we can gently work through emotional roadblocks or lingering concerns, while guided meditations and visualizations help cultivate calm, confidence, and connection. My goal is to support you in feeling more empowered, centered, and ready for the transformative journey of pregnancy and birth.

Depending on your needs, perhaps one session is all you need! If you’re looking for more support, we will discuss a treatment plan.

These sessions can be either in-person or virtual, depending on your preference and comfort. If getting around is uncomfortable, a virtual session might be a more convenient option for you. Whatever feels best for you, I'm happy to accommodate and make sure you get the support you need.
